So Many Wonderful Recipes!

I like how this cookbook begins with the importance of the 6 pillars of a heart healthy lifestyle and gives tips for each of the pillars and then lists the key components needed in a whole food plant based diet. There are so many choices in each category and each recipe gives a “Heart Health Note” and a difficulty level. I love the pictures that accompany some of the recipes because it allows me to see how to plate the final dish which adds to my visual experience before tasting the food.
With so many recipes to choose from, I find that it will be a hard decision on what to try first as they all sound so wonderful.
